This vase was hand built from coils using a speckled buff stoneware clay. The surface is painted with an iron rich, deeply textured, local clay material foraged from the North Park neighborhood in San Diego, CA. The interior is coated in a lavender matte glaze, symbolizing budding flowers beneath the earth's surface in spring.
This piece adds a statement of textured, local beauty to any home or office.
Dimensions: approximately 7.5 inches tall x 9.75 inch belly.
