Shipping policy

We take great care to pack your purchased items as securely as possible to avoid damages during shipping. If your order happens to break during shipment, please contact us at info@rekindlepottery.com and include pictures of the damages to receive a replacement at no charge.

We use USPS and UPS shipping services, which include insurance and tracking information that can be found in your confirmation email after your order has been shipped.

Orders for items that are currently in-stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for made-to-order or custom items. To request a rush order, please contact us to discuss your deadline needs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We also ship internationally through USPS and UPS. Please note that import taxes and duty fees are not included in the price of your order. You may experience additional fees when your purchase arrives in your country.
