Pottery lessons and workshops

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, a minimum of 3 days notice must be provided. Refunds and rescheduled appointments are not provided if the cancellation occurs fewer than 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may be turned away at the instructor’s discretion.

Purchased ceramic pieces

Each of our pieces are individually handmade in small batches and inherently have slight differences from what may be displayed on our website. Due to the individuality of our handmade items, refunds or returns are not typically accepted for slight variations from pictures. However, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to see how we can help resolve any issues. 

If your purchase was damaged in the shipping process, please contact us at info@rekindlepottery.com and include pictures of the damages to receive a replacement at no charge.
