GOSSIP Art Show opening Saturday, April 4th
This show reframes gossip as a space to share truths without fear or filter. It’s a celebration of candid feelings, stripping away the mask of performative contentment to embrace the messiness and intensity of lived experience. From mourning and rage to sadness and joy, "Gossip" is a sanctuary for the honest exploration of emotion, challenging the viewer to witness what it is like to come undone in a society that demands productivity over pause. This all-women, group show featuring the diverse talents of 7 local San Diego artists opens Saturday, April 4th from 5pm to 9pm at:
Union Hall Gallery, 2323 Broadway, #201 San Diego, CA 92101
The opening reception will feature music, refreshments from Jarritos and Mezcal Artesanal Animas, and a Q&A with the artists. To RSVP to this free event, click here.

Can't make it to the opening? No problem! The gallery will be open Thursday to Sunday from 12pm to 6pm through the month of April. The space will also be used for other events like figure drawing, poetry workshops, sound baths, and live DJ sets! Visit the GOSSIP website for the full list of calendar events.
We hope to see you soon!
Liberty Station location closed
Rekindle Pottery's studio location in Barracks 14 at Liberty Station has closed. A big thank you to all of the wonderful people who wandered into my studio or took pottery lessons in my cozy little spot. I am so grateful for the time I got to be in that location and will always cherish the memories and friendships we made there.
It is still undetermined when/if a new location will open. The best way to stay up to date on new information is to sign up for the newsletter. I'm hoping I find my way back to a creative home for my craft soon. Stay tuned.
